Metrics is a digital software product delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products and instant access upon purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

No Refunds

All subscription payments are non-refundable. This includes:

• Monthly subscription fees
• Partial months of service
• Unused portions of your subscription
• Plan upgrades or downgrades

We encourage you to review the features of each plan carefully before subscribing. If you have questions about which plan is right for you, please contact us before purchasing.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will continue to have full access to all features until the period ends
• No further charges will be made after cancellation
• Your account and data will be retained, but feature access will be revoked

To cancel your subscription, visit your account settings or contact our support team.

Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time:

• Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period.
• Downgrades: Take effect at the start of your next billing period. You retain access to your current plan features until then.

Exceptional Circumstances

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we may consider exceptions in rare circumstances, such as:

• Duplicate charges due to technical errors
• Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)
• Service unavailability for extended periods due to issues on our end

Any exceptions are granted at our sole discretion. Please contact us if you believe you qualify for an exception.

Free Trial

We do not currently offer a free trial. We recommend reviewing our pricing page and documentation to understand the features included in each plan before subscribing.
